Troubleshooting 1 Make sure you have filled out all the various Settings dialog boxes with at least the appropriate API token, and the Username, Password, and base 64 Auth if required. After February 8, 2024 all API integrations require the use of HWT Authentication. If your API token was created before on or before OCtober 9, 2023 you may have to create a new API key in your Mosyle Dashboard to use with JWT authentication. Version 1.3.0 of the Mosyle Query is set to use this new type of authentication.
