Settings Before you begin you will need to add your Zendesk subdomain, username,and API key into the settings before you begin.
Organizations Brings you to the Organizations query layout to retrieve your Zendesk Organization names and UIDs for use in the Solved script.
Tickets Brings you to the Tickets Query layout.
API Docs Takes you to the Zendesk API documentation page.
Get Organizations Performs the Get Organizations script.
Set Organization Set your Organization name to prep for running the Get Sovled script.
Set Period Performs the Time Period for Solved Tickets
Get Solved This will search the selected organization for the number of closed/solved tickets during the period.
Troubleshooting 1 Make sure you have filled out all the various Settings dialog boxes with the appropirate subdomain, username, and API key you generated in Zendesk.
